Terms of service

You create an OutDM account for free. By opening a workspace or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

The service

OutDM researches creators for your app, drafts outreach messages and sends only the messages you approve, from the email or Instagram account you connect. It also syncs replies into your inbox. Creators, platforms, email providers and payment providers act on their own. We do not guarantee a reply, a partnership, a price, a delivery, or an outcome on any platform.

Your account

Give accurate account information, keep your password private and use the workspace only for apps you have the right to promote. You stay responsible for what happens through your sessions until you sign out or reset your password. One person owns each workspace.

Free account, trial and plan

A free account opens the workspace and the demo campaign. Real campaigns, sending and inbox sync need a plan. Your first checkout can start with a paid trial: you pay the trial fee shown at checkout today, and your plan renews at its regular price when the trial days end unless you cancel before then. You get one trial per email address. Plans renew at the interval and price you see at checkout. You manage or cancel your plan from Billing, which opens the Stripe portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not delete your workspace. Refunds follow the law of your country and any policy shown at purchase.

Your messages and your accounts

You keep ownership of your app information, your campaigns, your drafts and your messages. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, draft, send and back up that content while you use OutDM.

You approve every message before it leaves your account, and you are its sender. You must follow the terms of the email or Instagram provider you connect, the anti-spam and marketing laws that apply to you and to each recipient, and each creator's stated contact preferences. Send only to people you may lawfully contact. Honour every request to stop.

Generated work

Research and drafts can contain mistakes, outdated facts or a poor fit. Read every profile and every draft before you approve it. Treat suggested creators and prices as leads to check, never as verified facts.

What you may not do

Do not use OutDM to break the law, harass or deceive anyone, impersonate another business, send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape or probe another workspace, bypass rate limits or access controls, manipulate billing, or share provider credentials that are not yours. We can limit or suspend an account when we need to protect creators, providers, other clients or the service.

Availability and changes

Features depend on connected providers, plan status and maintenance. Sending waits when a provider is unavailable and never retries an uncertain delivery on its own. We can change a feature or a price for future use; a material change to these terms gets a new effective date on this page.

Ending your use

You can cancel your plan and keep your free account. To delete your account, write to [email protected] from the email on your account; we remove your workspace and keep only the billing records the law requires.

Liability

OutDM is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost partnerships, lost revenue, provider suspensions or indirect damage that follows from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
